63-year-old Kenneth Decker died when he was catapulted into a crane after a wall he was on top of rolled over and launched him into the crane. His wife, Velma Decker, filed suit along with the other victims, Jamie Groce, John McIntosh, and Steve Nelson, who were severely injured when they were thrown from the wall. They sued various Transportation Cabinet employees for failing to carry out their responsibility to see that the wall was properly anchored to prevent the rollover.
