Fireworks erupt again over city plan

Continuing disagreements on the Leitchfield City Council over the redevelopment of the city’s former Rite Aid building led Monday to a second verbal altercation in as many months.
This time the dispute mainly involved Mayor Rick Embry and council member Harold Miller — though council members Kelly Stevenson, Raymond “Tooty” Cottrell and Billy Dallas waded in at times.
