Meth bust results in arrest

 Grayson County Sheriff’s Department arrested one of two people who fled what turned out to be  methamphetamine lab on April 8.
According to Sheriff Rick Clemons, an outstanding warrant was being served at 403 W. Walnut St. in Leitchfield when two men fled the residence.
A foot pursuit ensued with both men being apprehended.
Derrick Childress was arrested on the warrants and after a search warrant was obtained for a truck  and bag, charges of manufacturing meth were added for  Childress.
