Grayson County baseball team has a 17-3 season record and was ranked No. 1 in the region as of April 24 with a 8-1 regional record. The rankings come after a 2-1 win against Meade County on Monday, April 22 and 7-2 win against Edmonson County on April 16.

The team will travel to Bowling Green for the South Warren Invitational this weekend. Play begins Friday afternoon with a game at 5 p.m. against Logan County and continues for the Cougars at 5 p.m. against Franklin-Simpson and 7:30 p.m. Saturday against South Warren.
