A Leitchfield man, who’s been battling a fatal lung disease for more than a year, received an Easter miracle of sorts.

Larry Logsdon underwent a double-lung transplant Sunday in Lexington, a potential cure for his idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. His son, Shaun Logsdon, said Tuesday afternoon that his father was “doing real good” and already had been sitting up in a chair.
