Winners of The Record’s Valentine’s Day coloring contest winners were announced Monday, Feb. 13. Grant Manion, son of Tommy and Lori Manion of Clarkson, won the 8-10 age group and Kaylee Higgs, daughter of Marion and Amanda Higgs of Millwood, won the 5-7 age group. Dana Stewart Whitworth of Dan Powers GM Center in Leitchfield awarded each a new bicycle for winning the contest.
