School board starting nonprofit center for earmarked donations

A new nonprofit organization has been formed by the local schools system  to accept donations earmarked for certain uses. According to school district attorney Dave Vickery, numerous donors have asked the district to have an organization where donations can be made toward specific uses in the school system. Currently the district can accept donations to education but the money is used without specification.
