Relay for Life raises money for cancer research

-A A +A

Hundreds of cancer survivors, their families and friends gathered at Grayson County Middle School June 16 for Grayson County’s annual Relay for Life program. After leading an opening lap around the middle school track – and being graced by purple leis by employees of Fort Knox Federal Credit Union – the survivors and their caregivers joined forces for a second lap. Walkers continued to hit the track for several hours, raising funds for cancer research and patient support.
