Jerrell Williams pled guilty to failure to produce insurance card and was given 30 days probated to two years, while charges of speeding 10mph over and no/expired registration plates were dismissed without prejudice.
Jessie Lindsey pled guilty to first offense of controlled substance prescription not in original container and was given 30 days probated to two years.
Paula A. Smith pled guilty to speeding 22 mph over and was given $44 fine and court cost. Smith pled guilty to operating on suspended/revoked operators license and was given $50 fine, while charges of failure to surrender revoked operators license was dismissed without prejudice.
Cody Hack was charged with no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no/expired registration plates, and license to be in possession and all was dismissed without prejudice.
Kayley Decker charged with license to be in possession was dismissed.
Kristy Willis charged with speeding 10 mph over limit was dismissed without prejudice.
James Robert Hazelwood, Jr. charged with harassment with physical contact and no injury was dismissed without prejudice.
Larry Poole pled guilty to first offense of second-degree possession contained substance with drug unspecified and was given 90 days probated to two years.
Johnathan Richards pled guilty to first-degree to failure of owner to maintain required insurance and was given 30 days probated to two years.  Richards pled guilty of first offense to driving on suspended license.  Charges of no/expired registration plates and no/expired Kentucky registration receipt was dismissed without prejudice.
Denver Williams pled guilty to three counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500 and was given 10 days probated to two years after two hours on each count and served consecutively. Williams was to enroll with KAPS.
Michael Lynn Tebault pled guilty to theft by unlawful taking/dispensing or shoplifting and was given 30 days probated to two years after four days. Charges of first-degree controlled substance prescription not in original container was dismissed without prejudice.
Sarah A. Smith charged with fourth-degree assault domestic violence with minor injury was dismissed without prejudice stipulated probable cause.
Jonathan A Strasburger pled guilty to second-degree disorderly conduct and was given 90 days to serve.  Strasburger pled guilty to drug paraphernalia buy or possess and was given 270 days probated to two years.
Stephanie N. Tomes pled guilty to second degree disorderly conduct and was given 10 days probated to two years plus court cost.
Jonathan Andrew Strasburger pled guilty to menacing and was given 90 days probated to two years.  Charges of third degree terrorist threatening was dismissed without prejudice.
Wallace Mercer pled guilty to first degree, first offense of indecent exposure and was given 90 days probated to two years after 30 days with enrollment into KAPS for mental health assessment and completion and pay court cost.
Johnathan R Richards pled guilty to second offense of operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol or drugs and was given six months probated to two years after 14 days and drivers license was suspended for 18 months. Richards pled guilty to possessing open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle and was given $25 fine plus court cost.  Charges of no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance was dismissed without prejudice.
Larry Poole pled guilty to operating on suspended or revoked operators license and was given $20 fine plus court cost.  Poole pled guilty to failure to use child restraint device in vehicle and was given $50 fine.  Charges of failure to wear seat  belts was dismissed without prejudice.
Gary M Sheese pled guilty to operating on suspended or revoked operators license and was given $20 fine and court cost and driver’s license suspended for six months.  Sheese pled guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance and was given 30 days probated to two years.  Sheese pled guilty to no/expired registration plates and improper use of dealer demonstrator tags and was given $20 fine on each.
James Thomas Grimes pled guilt to second offense operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol or drugs and was given six months probated two years after 14 days plus pay court cost and driver’s license suspended for 18 months.  Charge of possess open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle was dismissed without prejudice.
Tosha M Mudd pled guilty to first offense failure of owner to maintain required insurance and was given 30 days probated to two years and enroll with KAPS.
