McStoots, 1948, pled guilty to three counts of first offense illegal sale or giving alcohol in dry territory and was given 90 days probated after four hours served for first.count.  McStoots was given 90 days probated two years for second count. McStoots was given 90 days probated two years after two days on third count.
Sandra Nelson Wagner, 1975, charge of theft by deception including cold checks was dismissed.
