Roberta Hart, 1975, charged with noncompliance with handling or disposal of radioactive waste was dismissed without prejudice.
Margaret Ann Payton, 1976, charged with theft by unlawful taking or dispensing was dismissed without prejudice.
Ralph K. McStoots, 1961, charged with third-degree terroristic threatening was dismissed without prejudice.
