Leon R. Lindsey, 53, of Louisville died Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012 at Norton’s Hospital in Louisville.
He was born May 4, 1958 in Louisville. He was the son of Haskell and Mary Weedman Lindsey and the husband of Pattie Lindsey
In addition to his parents and wife, he is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, David and Lisa Lindsey; and a nephew, Evan Lindsey.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Mary and Edward Weedman; stepmaternal grandfather, Bert Whoberry; and paternal grandparents, Sherman and Eula Lindsey.
The funeral was Tuesday, Feb. 7 at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with James Gribbons officiating. Burial was at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
