Girls slaughter Trinity, 70-16

The girls high school basketball team posted another win on Jan. 2 in Whitesville. The team topped Trinity, 70-16, for a 12-3 ranking on the season.

The team will spend the next week out of town before their next home game against Breckinridge County on Jan. 14. Upcoming games include facing Butler County on Jan. 6, Owenesboro Çatholic on Jan. 7 and Edmonson County on Jan. 13.

The Jan. 14 game will start at 7:30 p.m. at the high school.
