Jill Marie Morgan, 1982, pleaded guilty to amended charge of no drivers license in possession and was fined $25 along with court cost.
Obed Y Colon Santa, 1993, pleaded guilty to amended charge of 20 over on limited access and was fined $40 along with court cost.
Robert A. Risner, 1989, pleaded guilty to amended charge of speeding nine mph over and was fined $18 plus court cost. Risner charged with no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, and improper equipment was all dismissed without prejudice.
Angela M. Dodd, 1979, charged with no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, and failure to notify address change to department of transportation was all dismissed without prejudice. Dodd pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain  required insurance and was given 30 days probated two years. Dodd pleaded guilty for failure to surrender revoked operators license and was fined $10 plus court cost. Dodd pleaded guilty to amended charge of no drivers license in possession and was fined $25.  Dodd pleaded guilty to rear license not illuminated and was fined $10.
Jordan S. Decker, 1992, charged with no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, and failure to produce insurance card was all dismissed without prejudice.
Billy R. Hardin, 1992, charged with no or expired Kentucky registration receipt and no or expired registration plates was dismissed without prejudice. Hardin pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance and was given 30 days probated two years.
Daniel Jones, 1989, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was fined $50 along with court cost.
Scotty Lee Cooley, 1981, charged with flagrant non support was dismissed without prejudice.
Aaron D. Aubrey, 1986, pleaded guilty to speeding 15 mph over and was fined along with court cost. Aubrey pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance and was given 30 days probated two years. Aubrey charged with no or expired registration plates was dismissed without prejudice. Aubrey pleaded guilty to amended charge of no drivers license in possession and was fined $25.
Jessie R. Lindsey, 1989, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500 and was given 10 days probated two years after two hours served on each.  Lindsey pleaded guilty to public intoxication controlled substance excluding alcohol and was fine $25 along with court cost. Lindsey pleaded guilty to first offense of drug paraphernalia and was given 45 days probated two years after two days served.
Dustin L. Hudspeth pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or dispensing by shoplifting and was given 30 days probated two years after four days.
Robert D. Nugent, 1980, pleaded guilty to amended charge of speeding 20 over limit and was fined $40. Nugent pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance and was given 30 days probated two years. Nugent pleaded guilty to possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonist or piperazines and was given 45 days probated two years. He pleaded guilty to buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and was given 45 days probated two years. Nugent pleaded guilty to failure to notify address change to department of transportation and was fined $10. Nugent pleaded guilty to controlled substance prescription not in original container and was given 45 days probated two years.
Albert Ray Sanders, 1965, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500 and was given 10 days probated two years after two hours served.  
Darrin C. Henning, 1967, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or dispensing by shoplifting and was given 90 days probated two years after eight days served. Henning pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was given 45 days probated two years after two days served to run concurrent. Henning pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking such as shoplifting and was given 30 days probated two years after four days served.
Josh Coley, 1983, charged with no operators moped license was dismissed without prejudice due to proof shown.
Donald L. Nuckles, 1951, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance and was given 30 days probated two years.
Chenicka Bailey, 1990, pleaded guilty to amended charge of speeding 20 mph over and was fined $40 along with court cost. Bailey charged with no operators moped license was dismissed without prejudice. Bailey pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was fined $50. Bailey pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and was fined $25. Bailey pleaded guilty to failure to use child restraint device in vehicle and was fined $100.
Danny L. Calhoun, 1956, pleaded guilty to  operating on suspended or revoked operators license and was fined $25 along with court cost.
Jeffery J. Sowders, 1976, pleaded guilty to failure to produce insurance card and was given 30 days probated two years.
Kevin Lamar Brown, 1957, pleaded guilty to first offense of operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol or drugs and was given 30 days probated two years.
