“I want to build a $400,000 building, but that’s probably not going to happen,” Bonnie Henderson said Monday night at the Clarkson City Commission meeting.
The commission has been discussing a community center for several years with Henderson, mayor of Clarkson, pushing the idea. Commissioners Kay Gibson, Scotty Gore, Keith Higdon and Robert Vincent agree that a community building would be a benefit to the city, however price has become a factor.
